lovely stay

friendly staff amazing location great variety rooftop bar

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was amazing, very close to the medina. i found the breakfast selection had a great variety of options. i appreciated the rooftop bar and the views it had.

i did notice some minor wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures. it wasn't a major issue, but something i thought was worth mentioning

there was free underground parking, which i found very convenient. the hotel has a private beach with provided sunbeds. the pool area was clean and well kept. there is also a spa offering massages.

our double room balcony sea view was spacious with ample storage. the a/c worked very well and kept the room cool. there was a fridge for personal use, and plenty of hot water was available. i had a nice balcony.

rami at reception were really nice. the housekeeping staff was very attentive and ensured our room was always clean. the staff were always quick to respond to requests. we received smiles from everyone.

the hotel's location is central and close to the medina. the train station is only a short walk away. there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the beach is just across the street.

beachfront location breakfast buffet amazing views

I appreciated the beachfront location. It gave quick access to the sea. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of dishes with local flavors. The restaurant on the 12th floor provided amazing views of the city!

Charming Location and Friendly Staff

I found the food to be delicious, with options for both breakfast and dinner.. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping and pool attendants. The hotel has secure parking, very convenient for my rental car. I also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools.

The TV in my room was positioned oddly, making it slightly difficult to view from across the room.

The hotel is centrally located providing easy access to the surrounding area and local attractions. It's a short walk to the medina and train station, offering convenience for exploring the area. The hotel is close to restaurants and shops.

The room had ample storage space and plenty of hangers. A kettle, tea, and coffee were provided, a greatly appreciated addition. The bathroom included a hairdryer and toiletries. A small bottle of water was provided each day.

The staff at the reception were amazing and super friendly. Room service was efficient and very helpful. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms super clean and very comfortable. The crew members are helpful and nice.
